Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Description:
Individual should be experienced in managing all aspects of a
manufacturing operation including production, product
development, quality control, health and safety, logistics, inventory
controls and dealing with suppliers. Experience with custom
building products in a high turnover operation and lean initiatives
is a plus. Responsibilities include formulation and execution of
annual budgets, product costing, sourcing suppliers and
implementing new systems to improve efficiency. Individual should
be a good communicator, have excellent time management skills
and be very self motivated.

Salaries and benefits packages are competitive based on experience.
