Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities include the oversight of our UK operations that consist of the financial, marketing, customer service, manufacturing, assembling and warehouse/logistics divisions.
The successful candidate should have experience as a manager over multiple divisions, have a strong financial and manufacturing background, be familiar with lean manufacturing processes, posses excellent communication skills, have high level of computer literacy and be able to demonstrate the ability to implement sustainable business improvements and strategies through effective leadership.
Individual should be experienced in the formulation and execution of annual budgets, determining cost of goods, allocating resources, developing and implementing policies and procedures, determining staffing needs, coordinate with the sales manager and provided clear and precise detailed updates to the parent company.
Some travel is required to the States.
Salaries and benefits packages are competitive based on experience.
